Surprisingly effective
Rubbed this into neck, legs and arches of my feet before bed and felt the difference the very first night. Got into bed to read and felt relaxed and more ready for sleep 15-20 minutes sooner than normal.
Calming scent
I received the Cleo+Coco Lavender Orange Magnesium Spray free to try and review. My first impression was how nice the scent is. The lavender and orange blend perfectly making the spray very soothing. As far as helping to ease muscles, I don’t know how efficient it is. I feel a little burn when I first spray it, and it does make me calm and seems to help me sleep, but I believe is more the scent than the actual magnesium. I could be wrong. I’ve never tried a scented magnesium oil spray before. I have feet and leg issues and had foot surgery not too long ago. I take any help I can get when it comes to natural pain relief. I have tried magnesium sprays in the past and
they help relieve mild pain. Either way, whether the Cleo+Coco Magnesium Spray actually eases muscles and helps relieve pain or it is the scent that’s so calming you forget the pain, I do feel it helps me fall asleep faster and have a good night sleep. I would recommend the spray if you’re looking for a natural way to sooth yourself to sleep.
Smells Nice
Magnesium in a spray bottle ? Sounds really good! I definitely didn’t hesitate to try this out. Actually, everyone in my house took a try at it. It has a very nice scent to it. Lavender is always a winner in my book and delivers a super calming touch. I did not notice any significant change as far as less muscle pains. Perhaps, after a long term use maybe, but after using it for 2 weeks every night I really didn’t notice much of a difference.

I am so floored by this spay. I usually don't believe in sleep supplement hype because I hate risking losing my natural rhythm, but the magnesium spray has been soothing me to sleep. I only use it because it doesn't contain the BS ingredients that most sleep supplements (even natural ones) use.
